I laughed so hard I snorted. That happens less often than you'd think.
I finally got around to checking against my Portsmouth Sinfonia collection. ZTC is right, it's definitely them. Sounds like it's from a vinyl LP. I highly recommend all of their other work, if you "enjoy" this.
