First you have to be willing to broadcast every detail of your life online with no shame or censorship. That's pretty much the only step. If you're lucky, you're normal enough that nobody cares.

People did that back in the 90s except then it was just liberal arts students so all you saw was them watching TV or doing homework, not spastically fornicating with inanimate objects.
