This needs one duck getting away and the dog laughing at him. three stars.
Riskbreaker
-1 for not showing the dog burning.
Mister Shady
I like to imagine the dog was exploded by the grenade in the beginning.
Camonk
Maybe, but without actually seeing that smug asshole get his comeuppance, it's not as satisfying.

Xenocide
I want to play this version.

The dog should be the final boss. His laughter so hurts your character's self-esteem that it makes it near-impossible for him to get off a shot.
StanleyPain
Funny, but -1 star for not using the Contra end-level theme at the end instead of the Duck Hunt theme.

I still say we need a "games that should be made" linked tag.
Mister Shady
I like that tag, I changed the "machine gun" tag to "game that should be made".

memedumpster
This is a lot funnier than I thought it would be, but man... no dog.
jyrque
I can't watch this. SNES and NES graphics just don't mesh together.
Unmerciful Crushing Force
You sir, are autistic.

This is a masterpiece. A beautiful diamond with the only blemish being the lack of dog.

Caminante Nocturno
I was hoping to see the spread gun.
