THA SUGAH RAIN 
There is a a device with a red and green light, and a hook. The red light tells the driver that the business is still taking place, and the hook keeps it in place. Only when the trailer is clear, the person in the building releases the hook and gives the green light.
This is how every modern loading bay is operated. These people are working in an OSHA hell stone age.

That's more the fault of whoever was supposed to activate the dock lock, not the driver's fault. It's not jerkiness, just incompetence.

Time Travel Mishap The title is not always 100% serious. Sometimes we put a title up there that makes it a bit funnier.
See, in this case, it was clearly a accident. But it is funnier to think that the driver waited till the guy was half way in then pulled forward a bit to make him fall. comedy.
