The Rothschilds stole Bill's dog poster because they coveted its power. In order to protect himself and avenge the theft of his patron canine, Bill has allied himself with the tiger poster.
Bill's anger and desire for revenge have clouded his judgment. He does not realize the danger he has put himself into.
This is going to result in an epic adventure where TFLBill has to uncover a conspiracy that has been going on by breaking into public buildings and finding strange Indiana Jones ish clues while at the end he finds his true arch nemisis.
It's not just the crazy these people spout nowadays, it's that "they" are after these people on an individual basis, as if they're a threat to anything more formidable than a six-pack of Keystone.
