I can't imagine what must have gone on for four years, Franken just covered all the basic stuff right here in 10 minutes. They had arbitration, it prevented justice rather than fostered it. They want to keep using it for this case, but their statistics are about as useful as any statistics, that is, not useful.
I'm gonna need to see a video of Franken when he's not kicking ass soon just so I don't develop a crush or anything. Anyone have something where he slips on some ice, possibly yakkity sax'd?
