how many PS3s have been sold? 12? 13?

FABIO I keep seeing numbers that say 360s only sell 30% more than PS3s, but I don't buy it. Everyone I know who's into games has a 360. Not only do I not know anyone who has a PS3, I don't know anyone who KNOWS anyone who has a PS3.

sosage I own both systems. One I own a mountain of games for and turn on at least once every day. The other I turn on (after finding the power button from the thick layer of dust on the system) when I want to play Metal Gear Solid 4 or watch Bladerunner on Blu-Ray.
The Wii hasn't been turned on in a year, but that's only because I am sick of bowling.

Valkyria Chronicles and Demon's Souls are enough reasons to get a PS3, that said, this console generation sucks on all fronts. Oh yeah, Last Guardian is coming too.

I love my PS3 and I love my XBox and I love slow motion video of things breaking. My Wii, I'm ambivalent towards. But I think I love my PC most of all.

I wish I could justify buying this, but they still won't reinstate hardware backwards compatibility for PS2 games and since the current library isn't appealing/is also available on Xbox there isn't really any reason to get it.
But regardless, consoles are terrible and are slowly dragging down the PC industry with them.
