I'm no Devo expert, but I'm not sure those are Devo tunes...

Well i am a Devo expert, and while 0:34 to 0:39 is almost certainly Devo's "Praying Hands" (albeit played in a slightly higher register; cover version maybe?) the rest definitely isn't Devo.
