Are you sure this isn't, you know, just regular Devo.

OK so I've heard that first song since I was a kid in the 1970s, but what is the title of the song?

I'm no Devo expert, but I'm not sure those are Devo tunes...

Well i am a Devo expert, and while 0:34 to 0:39 is almost certainly Devo's "Praying Hands" (albeit played in a slightly higher register; cover version maybe?) the rest definitely isn't Devo.

durr, the track's just sped up a little (33 at 45?)

stupid deaf people

minimalist - 2009-11-16

no, never mind, it is I who am the deaf one

Syd Midnight - 2009-11-16

Ehhh... if I want to see deaf people dance, I want to see a bunch of deaf teenagers pogoing in front of a giant subwoofer, not this. But stars for effort.

I am almost positive Mark Mothersbaugh would think this is fantastic.
