Bort The spin will be: it was just stock footage, and you will notice that nobody actually pointed to the film clip in question and said anything about it in connection with the story. Not much different than, say, doing a story about a tornado and showing stock footage of tornadoes.

Syd Midnight Fox News has gone to court and gotten judgments in their favor, saying they don't have to be unbiased even though they say they are. Seriously. Employees used to save evidence and try and whistleblow, but there's really no use.
