The teleprompter joke is kind of old to us Obama h8trs, but its nice to see the libs getting in on it. Its just another sign of his crumbling cult. People are waking up and realizing that they put in some community organizer with a nice voice into the White House.
Uh. Cena, Obama himself has made jokes about it. If you are willing to read so much into this joke you may as well go with how liberals only joke about it because Obama did it first.
Obama getting railed on for using teleprompters? At least you don't see his eyes darting back and forth frantically reading the prompters like with Bush. Seriously. Listen to any Bush speech given from the Oval Office.

Oh yeah? I've been h8ing Obama long before the teleprompter, 'community organizer' or birther h8ters. HE BOWLED A 37! How can we trust someone like that to lead our country? What happens if he gets challenged to an international bowl-off, like LBJ and Millard Fillmore?
I just realized at work the other day that the people who "hate" Obama never shut the fuck up about him. Everything always somehow comes back to the subject of Obama.
It's an Onion article. I don't think it warrants being picked apart as meaning anything. The man's verbal candor is impressive, they're making fun of it.
Also, my brother thinks they did an Obama joke to balance out their ratio after the "Glenn Beck not dead in a car crash" piece they did.
I'm starting to think you might be right. Did you notice at the end how the teleprompter didn't bow to the Japanese ambassador? Surely that would have made it into the news.
