As I understand it, it's pretty easy for a sitting president to get someone in Congress to propose what he wants, unless all of Congress is scrambling to avoid association with the president.
As someone who doesn't and never has smoked or otherwise consumed marijuana, solicited a prostitute, and probably haven't done any of the other stuff the kid talked about, I would like to point out that I, too, find it frustrating how people shy away from addressing what seem essentially like Christian sin laws.
