Ugh. When I swallowed a painful shard of chicken bone, I (unwisely) induced vomiting to try to get it out. Give me a break, alright. I admit it was not my brightest moment. First I tried the saltwater thing. It didn't quite work, and I felt even more awful, as one might expect after speed-chugging a glass of saltwater. Finger is the way to go.
Also, long-time bulimics don't need to use their finger, either.
