I like Lonnie. Speech patterns remind me a little of Katt Williams.

Also, Lonnie is smarter than he sounds. Lonnie knows the building has 31 stories because he's counted the damn things. Lonnie knows the ofays telling him it's 32 floors are are not taking into account the fact that most North American buildings skip floor 13. Lonnie is amused by the folly of his fellow man.
