Yeah, but if scientists are wrong about evolution, who's to say they're not wrong about angular momentum? POW! I JUST BUSTED YOUR BRAIN RIGHT UP

the right hand rule has failed me. fuck.

Wow.

Also, Venus spins backwards, so Neptune can suck it.
takewithfood - 2010-01-21
Er, I mean Uranus can suck it. (Sorry, Neptune.)

Took me a while to figure out what his point was supposed to be.

You have to wonder how, when comparing the "Why do people laugh at creationists" and "Why do people laugh at evolutionists", its the latter group that controls our textbook curriculum.

pastorofmuppets - 2010-01-21
Eh. When they do it's in defiance of more than one Supreme Court decision.

The big problem that I have is that despite most science curricula including evolution, about 44% of the population (and 68% of Republicans) reject it. Gallup polls have what's called "non-response error" (basically, only idiots take surveys), but the numbers are still pretty damning.

I am now going to prove that plate tectonics is a flawed theory.

The Tyrannosaurus Rex was both a scavenger and a hunter. Evidence suggests that the T. Rex would eat whatever meat it would come by.

Ergo, plate tectonics is a lie.

Praise Jebus.

"When you're a Christian..."

...wait for it...

"...and you open your mind to evidence..."

...and we've divided by zero while trying to balance our checkbook using the square root of negative one.

And where was he recording his audio? A wind-swept field?
SteamPoweredKleenex - 2010-01-21
And from his description of this drek:

"I define evolution as: anything that evolves or grows bigger, stronger, or faster."

So evolution is a song by Daft Punk?
StanleyPain - 2010-01-21
After watching his videos and reading some his comments I suspect him being a troll is very likely.
pastorofmuppets - 2010-01-21
After watching just this one video I am suspecting the same thing.

phalsebob - 2010-01-21
Whether he a troll or not, this dippy argument is decades old, and he is about the 800 000th nutbar to use it.

I would counter that the bible in your bookshelf is printed on paper no older than 60 years old. Therefore saying Jesus lived 2000 years ago is completely unpossible. Egro ipso dipsum facto.
StanleyPain - 2010-01-21
SO evolution is supposed to take, like a billion years or something right??

MONKEYS DON'T LIVE FOR A BILLION YEARS.
