I don't know how much any of the people responsible for those movies had to do with letting them be made fun of by Best Brains.

Apparently, Sloane himself personally offered them use of the film for nothing.

MiSTed actors are good sports about it, because they're painfully aware how much the original movie sucked. Their attitude is usually "I wish we'd had those lines when we wrote the movie, it would have been a great comedy."

From their reactions I don't think many of the actors bothered watching the final movie until now.
