Yes, the keen observer will note that he was arrested for distilling, not brewing. But the fact that the cop appears not to be aware that nearly all secondary market cornelius kegs used for homebrewing have those 'stolen property' stickers on them, nor the difference between brewing and distilling, earn my stars.
