Cutting through the nutsack is about the shallowest incision one can make on the human body, so the surgical trauma will be minimal. Furthermore, since the scrotum has such a good blood supply it'll heal quickly too. Stop being such a squeamish little bitch and grow a pair for yourself.
I've had this condition and it was the worst thing ever and I've had a bone cyst, I broke it 5 times, in my arm.
I didn't get the scrotum cut, I believe because my nuts had swollen to the point to being the size of a tennis ball to soft ball range kinda made that not an option.
What they left out is they tack your nuts in place because if one goes, most of the time the other twists as well.
I missed it actually, I see they point out the sutures that retain the testicles. In fact my other still tries to suicide itself and pulls on the sutures.
