I remember seeing a news story about this movie when it was coming out and how horrible it was because it was promoting violence and it might give kids bad ideas about how to deal with conflicts.
They also showed a scene where an asshole parked his car in a handicap spot, and Mr. Payback's solution was to "make it legal" by paralyzing him from the waist down.
