"Mise-en-place" is another concept she doesn't quite get (or know how to pronounce). You do it in a restaurant because you're doing a bunch of cooking with the same ingredients. You do it on a cooking show because you're trying to show the actual recipe, rather than the grabbing-shit-out-of-the-pantry aspect. There isn't really much need to do it when making a single batch at home, unless you're doing something timing-sensitive (which this isn't).
Coconut milk is not low-fat.
Those cookies look disgusting.
To her credit, that actually is a vegan recipe, since she didn't use cow's milk.
