I don't think he ever says that. He says "step oot sometime". And he doesn't totally lose his accent, he only loses it momentarily. I would like to use this opportunity to let everyone know that in my humble opinion, there is no amount of nitpicking that would justify 4-starring a KITH clip. Hope this helps.
