Basicly, it all started with another fad on there, NEDM. People kept on taking clips like this and dropping 'NEDM' into them, complete with cat, techno, etc. Finally one user got pissed off and 1-starred the NEDM version of the first commercial in this clip, saying something along the lines of:

"I'm getting tired of this shit, it's unfunny and overplayed. Anything would be better than more of this shit. Here. Person one: blah blah blah. Person 2: blah blah blah FOOT DOCTOR. Then foot doctor music starts and one shows up. Yeah. ANYTHING would be better than more of this tired bullshit."

The end result was this.

As zoot said, too bad ytmnd is utter shit now.
