Just kidding. It does, in fact, mention "Surf's up, Let's Cook."
They put all the music of the show on there in wonderful 28kbps streaming mp3s.

Herb and Lois Walker had a few children's shows that were cornerstones of low-budget Canadian kid's TV, and they were all mostly like this. To be fair, I always thought the caricatures, props, and backdrops were reasonably well done.
