I like Hicks, but this was one of the weakest bits of his I've ever seen. Also, he has got the whiniest fans of any comedian I know of.

DJRobotron I don't like Bill Hicks, and he doesn't get much better than he is in this mildly entertaining but highly irritating bit.
That's why I don't like him.
It is a shame about his death though; he was on his way to well-deserved obscurity until the reaper messed all that up and touched off the post-mortem lionization and hagiographies.

It was okay up until the endless "I destroyed civilizations" rant he went on. First half of the video was promising, second half was a constant loop of "I've had semen on my chest" jokes.
