I'll take issue with that warning.
When I first started the video, I wasn't too keen on the idea of listening to some guy narrate the whole thing, but it was actually pretty interesting when he was talking about the finer details of what was happening.

if you like this, nasa's L2 site (the paid subscription one) has an immense amount of stuff like this. Like hours and hours of different slowmo views of a single shuttle launch... entire shuttle landings, cockpit/Hud view from orbit to post landing... etc.
