I remembered as a kid liking old Xmen comics from the 80s and earlier, then wondering what the fuck was with modern comics. Why does everyone look like a cooking oil injected bodybuilder with exploding veins? Why do fights have angsty 3000 word soliloquies?
Fights should only have 3 words: "BIFF", "POW", and "BAMPH"
