So they're a tribute to London's omnipresent government surveillance cameras? That's certainly inspirational, but it doesn't go far enough. They should have a friend who is an angry policeman with a truncheon who is constantly pointing at people and saying, in an ice-cold voice "I SAW WHAT YOU DID."
