The scenes with Wallace are surreal

Good documentary.
It doesn't mention however that the reason it took so long to convict anyone of the bombing is because the FBI purposefully hid evidence that pointed to the actual perpetrators and would have the prosecution much easier.

Ever see "Autofocus" about Bob Crane's murder? It's a fascinating story, and it could have made a great documentary, but instead it was turned into a shitty docudrama, perhaps by the filmmakers' instrusive bullshit "vision", or maybe the need to be "commercial" (I'll bet it lost money anyway. ), or maybe because the simplest, most direct path to tell the story never occurred to anyone. There's a cheap, hastilly thrown-together bonus documentary tacked onto the DVD that's about nine times more interesting than the feature, which includes a stupid fantasy sequence of an orgy on Colonel Klink's desk.

God Bless Spike Lee, or whoever was responsible, for not getting in the way, and just letting the people tell their stories.
