There aren't any videos on a quick scan of youtube that truly capture the the magic of La Parka. He is a damned legend and represents pro wrestling at its best: ridiculous people in costumes doing silly things.

I remember seeing a flier for a Lucha Libre match on the roof of the Liggett dorm on the campus of Washington University (in St. Louis) in the mid 1990s. I mostly remember it because the tagline was "Don't just Liggett, suck it." It was later confirmed to me that the event was real, carried on into the evening, and participants at the end were arrested for trespassing and other nonsense.
