How can a guy wearing an owl shirt be such an asshole to an owl?
|Jet Bin Fever |
This man's hell will be a giant owl twisting his neck and genitals before gawking falcons and eagles.

"This little guy's havin' fun..."
That's not how you treat an owl.
Seriously, though, the "animal abuse" excuses you from posting animal abuse way less than you know.

Pressed play, then pressed stop almost immediately afterward.
To be fair, this owl doesn't like anything.
You WILL tell us how many licks it fucking takes you PIECE of SHIT

"You make this owl go away..."
- Trent Reznor Owl Repellent
Of course he's cranky; it's past his bedtime.
Little gray aliens are probably watching this and saying "fuck humans, they got no right to bitch, we're experts, we educate people."
Don't worry too much about the owl, guys.
The guy is restraining him properly and gently. Even the beak restraint was done well. It's true that the owl doesn't think it's awesome, but birds never like to be restrained. My guess is he's showing some anatomy points to students of some kind because the owl had to be restrained for a procedure anyway. You take whatever opportunities you can get to look at bird anatomy up close because restraint isn't something you do all the time.
And that is the sound barn owls always make. They're very "talky" and scream like that under any and all circumstances, whether they're pissed at you or trying to seduce you or asking for food. I know it sounds like he's being tortured, but he's just making barn owl noises.
Honestly, I didn't see anything improper or inhumane in how this owl was handled and I'd be the first person to shit myself and go on a murderous rampage if somebody hurt a raptor.
^works with raptors, has restrained owls before
I figured as much, but it's still uncomfortable for someone unfamiliar with this to watch.
Just like my cockatiel when it comes times to trim her nails. I don't know which is more disturbing: the screeching itself, or that it's somehow coming from a tiny little animal.
