Platform games are healthier than they've been in years. Maybe the best they've ever been.

What platformers have you been playing? The only ones I can think of that have been out recently are Mario Galaxy and Ratchet and Clank. Both great games though...

Quality over quantity. Although, Ratchet and Mario each have three excellent titles on their current platforms, so as long as you're okay with sequels you can have both.

There are a shit-ton of decent-to-awesome indies on PC (play Spelunky if you haven't, it is so great), Limbo is just about out and that looks rad and later on in the year Nintendo is wheeling out Kirby and Donkey Kong for some sunshine. There is also stuff like Necromachina/El Shaddai/Lost in Shadow/Rayman Origins/Night Game and the Toki remake (!!!!!!!!!! Toki!!!!!!!!!!!). There are a bunch more.

First and only game to do something interesting with the Dual Shock. I don't know that I actually used it for any other game.
