Liposuction is horribly painful from what i understand. Plus the high risk of infection and accidentally sucking out your spleen i would kind of shy away from doing it at home.
Why didn't he have a friend there to help him? if he perforated his abdominal wall or internal organs he would probably not be able to call for an ambulance himself.
Also he doesn't need it, he's got a very small belly already. that is something that can be taken care of with enough disciplined exercise. Now those Manboobs on the other hand

Were you afraid of puncturing an organ, like an intestine? How did you prevent that? On a scale of 1 to 10, how much discomfort were you in? And would you do it again? :) /Will/ you do it again?
@LytaNS there is skin,beneath it fat tissue(adipose tissue) then muscles then the organs.you should be parallel to skin.not perpendicular.during operation discomfort level was generally 3 but at some areas which is not anesthesized enough it increases.there are many important 'traps' like incision marks,wavy appearance of skin,death of the skin,fainting,shock,cannula diameters,etc.
this is really not easy.operation was nearly 4 hours not 8 minutes.result is unsatisfactory.i want to do it again.

@LytaNS Where did you preform your research? online search.some free ebooks.word 'tumescent' is important.5 min. after op. i went to shopping.next day i was working.you have to wear garment for some time.it costs nearly $1500.you have to fill fat tissue with solution first 1liter,2liters maybe more...it anesthesize,and prevents bleeding..
