memedumpster - 2010-08-28

This song made me have a thought I am fairly certain I would never have had without this song.

"How does one apply for Saudi Arabian citizenship?"

An evil, mind warping, insane making song this is.

sinuendo - 2010-08-28

Pretty catchy.

IrishWhiskey - 2010-08-28

It starts off with "We've got freedom of religion, I understand, but..."

I'm guessing these people start a lot of arguments with "I'm not a (blank), but...", "I know we have a right to (blank), but...", "I know what I'm advocating it technically the crime of (blank), but..."

Seriously, how is it that the mass detentions, secret surveillance and military imperialism of the Bush Administration is starting to look like the "tolerant" era of the GOP?

Buggerman - 2010-08-28

Pretty much an example of simultaneously acknowledging the rights and freedoms that make a certain country great, while willfully shitting all over them...all wrapped in a tune about how great 'murika is.

Kumquatxop - 2010-08-28

Cantcha see, they'll turn 9/11 into a MOCKERY!!!!!!!

IrishWhiskey - 2010-08-28

Al Qaeda was really bummed out that they killed 3,000 Americans on 9/11. But if somebody builds a community center a few blocks away (other than the one already there), then they'll finally have won.

Thankfully you can fight them, by purchasing these commemorative coins, this music album, and this right-wing book about how gays and abortion = Islam and 9/11. Real Americans have to keep the dignity of this political and merchandising tool alive, because those fags that actually live in New York and DC can't seem to be bothered.

Caminante Nocturno - 2010-08-28

A significant portion of this country was so excited about turning 9/11 into their Pearl Harbor that they accidentally ended up ruining America.

Cena_mark - 2010-08-28

How so? America didn't start getting ruined until the Democrats took over.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2010-08-28

Give me a call when the GOP sheds off the crazy and once again becomes the party of fiscal responsibility.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2010-08-28

Really, Cena? Bush starting two wars, the larger of which had nothing to do with 9/11 and bungling them completely (I mean, really, sending 250,000 troops to hold a country of over 20 million people, and said soldiers couldn't even say "hello" in the local language?). And I suppose he did the whole bailout bill thing just for shits and giggles?

You could be trolling, but I fear you actually believe the stuff you say, and that's almost a sign you need some form of medication.

badideasinaction - 2010-08-28

In this thread: people who haven't ever read Cena_Mark's posts before.

Cena_mark - 2010-08-28

You libs need to learn that there is a big difference between Tolerance and taking it up the ass.

Udderdude - 2010-08-28

This is tolerance: http://eideard.wordpress.com/2010/08/20/muslim-prayers-welcome-at- pentagon-chapel/

This is taking it up the ass: :: insert picture of cena_mark doing anything here ::

Cena_mark - 2010-08-28

Okay so they're letting Muslims pray at the Pentagon chapel... that's cool. At least we're not letting them build a mosque in the Pentagon.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2013-11-25

I find it highly disturbing the Pentagon has a shrine to superstition of ANY kind.

cognitivedissonance - 2010-08-28

Can somebody please remix this into an awful early 90s gay club dance song? With corresponding video?

Syd Midnight - 2010-08-28

"This song makes me think that the Taliban have the right idea about banning music."

Space Helicopter - 2010-08-28

here's you
here's you
here's you
here's you
here's you
here's you
here's you

Scynne - 2010-08-28

Single worst song ending ever. I've no idea what they were thinking.

Scynne - 2010-08-28

Your country makes me angry because there's probably close to 100 million people who would cry tears of "righteous joy" at hearing this song.

Memento - 2010-08-29

Epitome of Evil
Sounds like a song that should have been in Team America, sequel anyone?

Severian - 2010-08-30

From youtube comments:

"We can take comfort in knowing that those who died on 9/11 will never have to hear this song."

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2013-03-06

As usual, lib-uh-ruls got caught up in a tangential debate about religious tolerance, when a much better response would be: you're lying. It's not a mosque, and it's not on ground zero.

You know, my urologist has his office in a hospital which contains a chapel. Believe it or not, my yearly prostate exam feels pretty secular to me.
