I have recently recorded something even better than a kitten massaging another kitten. It's an old cat massaging another old cat. Why is that better, you ask? It's better because the old cat who is being massaged has pretty bad arthritis, and he seems to thrive on the treatment.
Also since it's an older cat you can be pretty sure it's vestigial precopulatory behavior.
