The usual bullshit. A bunch of BROS getting trashed and behaving like idiots, cops were called, when they showed up the party-goers thought it would be a good idea to throw shit at them and generally riot.

Huh. Based on that backstory, it sounds like the police may have been fully justified in their use of force. I'll be damned. It's... it's been so long since I heard of justifiable police force. I don't know what to do. Cheer? Alright. Cheering has commenced.

polite clap is the proper response.

Being right once every few years is not really the greatest track record, but sure.

God, the Police get it right hundreds of times a day. Only the fuckups get reported. For every weekly national police fuckup, many THOUSANDS of operations like this go down professionally and effectively.

No. Large scale police force makes the news, whether it's justified or not. And most of the time it does make the news, it seems like it's unjustified.

So your thesis doesn't really hold. But considering the police as anything other than "the enemy" is a refreshing, if naive, perspective.

Meh, they're no Greeners.

huh.. has it been a while for one of those there?
