I'LL TELL YOU WHAT'S NEXT

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-10-04

I can't tell whether this guy is satire or not, but I might be able to if I ever watched him with the sound on.

Not surprising that those who are most threatened by John Stewart's call to calm and sanity are the angry and crazy.

tamago - 2010-10-04

Oh hey it's the angry drunk guy. I see he hasn't had a coronary yet. Too bad.

Also, I'm pretty sure it's not anger Stewart wants us to avoid; it's anger over issues that are nonexistent, false or trivial.

tamago - 2010-10-04

Also good god damn this guy has 3300 videos. That's a lot of anger issues.

tamago - 2010-10-04

Oh wait, never mind. It's not him, it's just a guy linking to the angry drinking guy.

glendower - 2010-10-04

J.S. could easily co-opt this.

takewithfood - 2010-10-04

Lord. That man has actually screamed his own eyebrows off.

MartinBishop - 2010-10-04

5 stars just for you, sir.

memedumpster - 2010-10-04

He's just so angry that his eyebrows are out of frame.

chairsforcheap - 2010-10-04

totally 5'd

YakooMarkTwo - 2010-10-04

Does he practice these? He must have the script memorized, no one can spew that articulately off the top.

azazel - 2010-10-04

There are people who can.

Adham Nu'man - 2010-10-04

AMERICA NEEDS MORE ANGER!

pastorofmuppets - 2010-10-04

UNLESS WE'RE TALKING ABOUT EDUCATION OR PUBLIC HEALTH, IN WHICH CASE FORGET I SAID ANYTHING

grimcity - 2010-10-04

I knew he was serious once he started dropping the SFW F-bomb.

pineapplejuicer - 2010-10-04

i would like to eat endangered species with a 20 year old bottle of scotch every night. also i love this guy despite having polemically opposing political views.

pastorofmuppets - 2010-10-04

My mind immediately went to Chappelle frying a dinosaur egg.

phalsebob - 2010-10-04

I haven't seen this guy for years. He hasn't aged well.

NewHeavenSalesman - 2010-10-04

Listening to this with Blitzen Trapper's "Love and Hate" in the background was a pretty wonderful experience.

Old_Zircon - 2010-10-04

If I wasn't playing a show the night before I'd go to this thing.

Riskbreaker - 2010-10-04

I'll tell you what's next sir: brain damage if you keep like this.

StanleyPain - 2010-10-05

Delicious tears.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2010-10-05

I tell you, the real hardcore trolls, cranks, conspiracy enthusiasts, hotheads, and lunatics in this country are feeling threatened by this "march for sanity" business. They're taking it personally-- as they should , of course, but I wouldn't have expected them to be so self-aware. Since Obama was elected, this has been their time, and you can expect a flood of similar messages as they rage against the threat of insanophobia. Has anyone heard from Quartuvlarry yet?

I think it's telling is that whoever posted this can't think coherently enough to not fuck up the simplest metaphor ever. How about: "The King of "Sanity" is merely Court Jester. How hard is that? But no!

pastorofmuppets - 2010-10-05

I can see where it's somewhat insulting to be called insane.

So let's call it the "March to stop once-legit anger over the taxpayer rescue of irresponsible banks from being used as astroturf fuel."

Or the "March to ask middle America to stop doing corporate lobbyists' jobs for them."

Or maybe "March where we get together and laugh at how the Tea Partiers don't realize that the Boston Tea Party was a protest against large corporate subsidies."
