Innocent Bystander It's not that it attracts them, it's just the default mode for a white hip hop fan. White guys know that if they make any attempt at emulating actual rappers they'll immediately be labeled wiggers. So they choose to go the intentionally-goofy-and-nerdy route which they consider less ridiculous since it's so self-aware and already kinda making a mockery of itself. Case in point: Jamie Kennedy.
