"Dark" entertainment defined here as anything not explicitly advocating the specific brand of fundamentalist Christianity that American evangelical conservatives ascribe too.

They were planning on just fighting media manufactured by the Hollywood to brainwash kids into worshiping Satan, but encountered problems in the form of it not existing. They've had the same rallying cry for generations, and yet Satan remains as unpopular as ever.
