This was a much better joke than I expected from the title.
And here I was expecting jokes about testicles.

It was a dick joke, and not the one I expected.
Scary that I know this, but this was one of the later-generation commercials by the Seidelmeier advertising firm who were responsible for, among other things, 'Where's the Beef?" and the fast talking FedEx commercial guy.
I never expected to laugh out loud at this.
The ending implies that a parent saw that doll and thought "This is the doll for my child."
Maybe it's a baby Charlie Chapman.
Was that an uncle of yours with an unfortunate mustache?
