Drawing waveforms on directly on the film's sound track, that's an interesting way to create synthetic sounds. This film really needs higher resolution than 360.
Some really good stuff was done that way. It's how the Optigan worked, too, although it used discs rather than strips of film.
Come to think of it, maybe that's what I should do with the nice 16mm projector I found recently.
