But you're only going to make them feel more superior!

Our sucky government has finally started taking its toll on Jon's psyche.

This takes me back to when I was outright banned from my local paper's website because the commentators thought the Democrats were to blame for the bills original defeat (http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=82186).

Long story short, I couldn't stand those posters and their ill-informed opinions and told the entire community to go fuck themselves (and also that their souls were black and they probably smelled bad).

I wish I could hate these people dead.

The sad thing is, you could hate them perhaps a little less if there was some sort of fat attached to the bill. Like puppy kicking or kitten juggling. Alas, there is not one rider on the bill. Nothing but care and assistance for people who performed an impossible task, which the D.C. elite invoke for their own gains ceaselessly.

I would really like to see someone try to respond to this and make it look like the Republicans' decision was justified or true to their moral code in any way possible. For the past decade, they have used 9/11 as a way to pity fuck their way into office, blatantly exploit the event to help pass legislation and used it as their launching point for nearly everything. I would really like to see someone attempt to justify their choice.

2% tax raise on the richest people in the country.

It's Republican's version of "Bros before hoes".

StanleyPain - 2010-12-16

The conservative response to this would be predictable:

It's the Democrats fault. Had they not actually wanted legislation the Republicans disagreed with, the Repubs would not be forced into this situation.

That's basically the (R) defense for any of this shit, ever.

I'm tired of watching and reading the news. It just makes me feel tired and old. Bush gave me outrage fatigue. Obama gave me post-hope fatigue.
