The crowd LITERALLY turns away from the truth. That and "where's the uplifting speech?!" make this the most poetic moment recorded during the whole post-9/11 shit show. The privileged, who need to know about the rot in order to stop it, demand pleasant fairy tales instead. The many suffer. The few profit.
