EDIT: i realize the girls are underage they looked 18 from far away. once i got close and realized they were young i bailed. when people go out in public they are putting themself into public view anyone can see them just like anyone can see what you post on facebook so it is legal to film people that are in public. them being underage doesnt matter ....i think.... as long as i dont touch or communicate a offer of sex to a underage girl then nothing i do is sexual harassment so im pretty sure its all legal... but i hope im not wrong maybe i should delete vids with underaged girls... and i definitely would not accept an offer to hangout with a girl if i found out she was underage. Legal age is 16 here in hawaii
