The first thing I noticed is the dog's tail.
It doesn't appear to be excited, so it's either a seisure or some kind of neuroglocial disorder.
One of the site comments speculates that it's a stroke, I've never seen a dog have a stroke before so I can't rightly say.

Well, you would be involuntarily shaking to the beat too if you evolved sensitive hearing over millions of years only to have it ruined by terribly loud music.
