The first thing I noticed is the dog's tail. It doesn't appear to be excited, so it's either a seisure or some kind of neuroglocial disorder. One of the site comments speculates that it's a stroke, I've never seen a dog have a stroke before so I can't rightly say. Also, in before ear mites.
Probably got one in the frontal lobe at the last mandolin party/shoot-guns-in-the-air cookout.
Well, you would be involuntarily shaking to the beat too if you evolved sensitive hearing over millions of years only to have it ruined by terribly loud music.

Was expecting something a little more exciting.
