I recall watching this when I was a kid. Even then I thought it was very surrealistic. The voices and the music/sound effects totally bizarre.

Definitely the most disturbing portrayal of a codependent relationship I've ever seen in cartoon form. 5 for evil.

Those mice are pricks.

They've took some interesting liberties with the source material here! Who knew Krazy Kat's was a world where all female cats wanted to fuck male mice

I mean in Krazy Kat, the animals are gender-ambiguous and there's only one cat in love with a mouse. Here it seems to be a strange and arbitrary rule that cats love mice, which makes the unlikely unrequited romance that made the comics so compelling much less remarkable / poetic. Also, fuck you!

You can never make a cartoon approaching the comic, but I will admit that Krazy's voice is werra werra similar to how I imagined it talking in the comic when I read it as a kid.

Am I only one who thinks the moon looks like a sanitary napkin?
