Would be better if it were remotely in tune, but hey.....robot band.

Once you choose that voice for Fred, you know the project's only going to end up one way... hilarious.

The Mothership
This is fantastic, and for me will forever be the definitive version of this song. Mainly for the robot voice, though.

It's the only appropriate type of singing voice for a robot band.

ROCK. LOB-STER. ROCK. LOB-STER. TAR-GET ACQUIRED. CRUSH. KILL. DESTROY.

This group of machines wanted badly to win favor with their master. They practiced for hours, and learned what they thought was his favorite song. When he walked through the front door after coming home from work, they began playing. He listened, quizzically, and remarked, "Yeesh, that sounds really flat and off. Who programmed them to do this? Was my house broken into?" He then walked into his parlor, turning the room with the machines's lights off behind him. He began using his laptop and watching tv as the robots sat there, in silence.

Most people think robots don't feel sadness or depression. Most people are wrong.

Robots these days need to toughen up. You think approval was just handed to Selectric typewriters and Walkmans? I didn't think so. They got back on that horse and tried again. Not a single integrated circuit in them, either. Robots have it easy, now.

These robots are turning out to be a huge disappointment.

I wanted to post this. You have stolen my thunder.

I actually saw them perform this live, though. So I've got that going for me. They also brought along a Tesla coil, and some drunken bozo had to be tackling after making a move to touch it.
