According to the article I read, he didn't even stand up and turn his back on her. He just didn't sit down with the audience when it was done applauding her arrival.

I saw a photo with him facing away from her. He definitely had his back turned in protest. Probably the least threatening form of protest possible.

But like Stanley says below, we just had a bunch of people shot up in Arizona. I think anyone doing anything suspicious near any politician is going to get arrested, and he was clearly struggling as they took him away.

Maybe I'm alone in this, but this guy is kind of making a big fucking deal out of not much. It sucks the guy was arrested and manhandled and all that shit, but you know we just had a Congresswomen shot by some guy and then someone arrested for making a death threat on another politician and the climate for this sort of "protest" has been really fucked up and poisoned lately. Him trying to turn it into this OMG HILLARY KKLINTON AGENT OF THE NWO FOR SILENCING ALL PEOPLE EVERYWHERES thing is really fucking stupid, especially since for all we know it was just dick security people being their dick selves.
Yeah, yeah..I get it. She was giving a talk about free speech. Irony detected. But still...it seems more like just a shitty judgment call on the part of security/cops rather than Clinton as this master conspiracy level queen of the dark men in black trying to suppress all dissent of her or whatever.
