Sundry If I'm following this right these are groups from two different police academies. The Japanese locals and the american surprise visitors.
But anyway, 5 stars for the last few minutes. Because that offense comes with the fine aroma of Japanese national pride being reminded of how TERRIBLE the GAIJIN AMERICANS were during and after the war.

Mother_Puncher So apparently there was a war but America gave the kids candy so they could survive until they were old enough to rebuild but some kids didn't think that was payment enough for the deaths of their families and swore to never accept the American way of life.

Oscar Wildcat @ 1:04 I'm pretty sure that's the Village People showing up at the Pavillion nightclub on Fire Island...

Riskbreaker The show's name is "Be a man: Samurai School" and is indeed a satire of japanese nationalism. The show is also the pinnacle of manliness in anime, along with Hokuto No Ken. No wonder japan went downhill with moe these days, we need a revival of this show. Reviving Golgo 13 was just not enough.
