There has to be a story out there about one of these prank shows causing an old person to have a heart attack.

That woman is extremely lucky that she didn't get kicked.
Also another example of the T.T.M. Rule.

Smellvin - 2011-03-10 I thought about this, but the people who try to pick up the head are bent over forward. It's quite awkward to kick from such a stance. Besides, the magic of TV is editing out all the "bad" takes. I'm guessing 90% of the people just walked by without a second look or, at best, yelled over to the mannequin guy to point out the lost head.

Seriously, what happened to you poeTV? You used to be cool, hip, able to spot the fake and staged videos.
Just so you tubetards know, the people being 'pranked' are actors.

simon666 - 2011-03-10 There is a difference between, say, a satire like Trailer Park Boys and staged/faked gags being presented as not faked/staged.
Humor, laughter are products of the unexpected. Think of a joke: the set up takes the listener one way, the punchline takes the listener in a different and unexpected way.
When it's clear something is fake, then the unexpected element is removed. IE: Oh this is one of the scripted hidden camera shows from the EU. Oh look that old man is "startled" because it is scripted that he be so.
