*This is what your average prosecutor actually believes*

Nikon - 2011-04-01

All of that is magic. Fucking reactors, how do they work!?

Baldr - 2011-04-01

That's the most amazing combination of smug and wrong I've ever seen outside of the internet.

pineapplejuicer - 2011-04-01

headline news is an embarrassment to...well, humanity. and nancy grace is just repugnant, but this is an incredible distillation of how cable news functions. "everything is fi-" "NO, KILLER RADIATION DEATHRAPE STORM FEAR FEAR FEAR"

i've never seen someone angrily cut off their own weatherman before

phalsebob - 2011-04-01

New conservatives are piss in the pants wussies despite all the tough talk.

jyrque - 2011-04-01

Wow.

pastorofmuppets - 2011-04-01

"Yeah, if you believe the GOVERNMENT"

Nancy, that radiation didn't rape anyone, and you can't prove otherwise.

pastorofmuppets - 2011-04-01

This man is my hero. Every one of the things she fired back should have a Godwin's law equivalent. Like, if you say "your mouth to God's ear," you lose.

Mother_Puncher - 2011-04-01

If the radiation reaches California (which it will), all of the rich, white girls will be sick and will be easier to kidnap, rape, torture and kill. Nancy's blatant fear mongering always has a purpose and it's to save the white girls

pastorofmuppets - 2011-04-01

bullshit. if all the white girls got saved she'd have nothing to pretend to be up in arms about.

spikestoyiu - 2011-04-01

I especially appreciate her explanation of magic.

gmol - 2011-04-01

Is this her schtick or something?

I remember an older video where some guys puts up baseball stats instead of crime stats, and she sort of berates him in the same way...

I can't help but feel that she's actively trolling....

FeeFiFoFoTheFifeFifeBrown - 2011-04-01

Eagerly awaiting:

Nancy Grace versus "underhand" mounted toilet paper roll that is smarter than her.

Nancy Grace versus mall escalator that is smarter than her.

Nancy Grace versus peanut butter jar lid that is smarter than her.

chumbucket - 2011-04-01

Hoo boy Nancy, here it comes...this is gold

"waaahh waaah...why isn't the sky falling yet???"

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2011-04-01

CNN the network that gave us Nancy Grace and Glenn Beck.

lieutenant halfabeef - 2011-04-01

Where is Elizabeth when you need her?

buttnutt - 2011-04-01

"Oh boy here we go Nancy"

Oscar Wildcat - 2011-04-01

They both sound kinda stupid to me...

He would sound a lot less stupid if he stopped arguing with her about "radiations" and actually discussed measured quantities of isotopes detected on the west coast.

OK, pop quiz. How much I-131 was found in SF rainwater on the "hottest" day in question last month?

Wander - 2011-04-01

Because he knows if he starts using real science terms, he's going to lose the people he might actually be convincing otherwise, and the only people he'll please are the ones who already know there isn't a problem.

Oscar Wildcat - 2011-04-01

BZZT. Wrong answer. Come on now, all you people who are raving about safety must _know_ these figures, otherwise you'd just be basing your opinion on a completely unfounded belief...

Ursa_minor - 2011-04-01

http://www.nuc.berkeley.edu/RainWaterSampling

Oscar Wildcat - 2011-04-01

Excellent answer, Ursa. So we see from the data that peak I-131 readings were 4x the background I-131 for that period. Not of any concern, but more than I would have expected given the distances and mixing capacity of the Pacific. How many of you would have guessed the actual figure based on the media reporting, both pro and con?

Ursa_minor - 2011-04-01

I don't guess - though I typically assume that the media is wrong, then go looking for numbers like this - as they are always easy to find.
I'm surprised this much made it over too, as I was one of the ones saying it wouldn't get here - but then again, you can go out into any parking lot in the world, take a soil sample, and find some miniscule, measurable amount of plutonium left over from nuclear bomb testing. So I should have known.
I can't overstate how miniscule that amount of plutonium is, though. Friends used to do it here at Berkeley - but as you can imagine NRC doesn't really like people isolating plutonium, no matter how little.

Mickerus - 2011-04-01

Missing the "giant flapping cunt" tag.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-04-01

Shut up, Nancy.

revdrew - 2011-04-01

Fuck you, CNN, for actually giving a job to someone I find more unbearable than Glen Beck, Bill O'Reilly, and Sean Hannity combined.

CJH - 2011-04-01

her frozen expression when he laughs in her face. god, imagine waking up next to that.

longwinded - 2011-04-01

TO GOD'S EAR, BERNIE!

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-04-02

What the Hell does that even mean?

Nikon - 2011-04-03

From God's mouth to my playstation!

StanleyPain - 2011-04-02

Why the fuck is Nancy grace doing a show about Japan? Isn't her show supposed to be about criminal cases or some shit? Are there no missing white children this week?

Jet Bin Fever - 2011-04-02

No one will ever convince me that "she" is not just a manchild in drag.

Hay Belly - 2011-04-02

Thought it was another one of those owl clips.

Valkor - 2011-04-02

Nitpick: One Trillionth or less of the requirements to be dangerous. What is above trillion?

Take a look at older POEtv clips about nuclear shit. We have idiots like her here.

MissLadyArtemis - 2012-10-03

Bernie is my favourite weatherman ever. The way he stars out, like he's been through this before with her - it makes me believe he has, and he will continue to do so. She may be a useless dumb fuck, but he isn't giving up - maybe one of her viewers can learn, and it would be worth his pain.
