I love how kitty feels no pain while chewing on his tail. I would theorize that cats have no nerve endins at the end of their tail, but having accidently rocked over my cat's tail with my chair before, I know this isn't the case.
I would think, that by the wild eyes the cat has, he's just high.
plus he(Or she, I don't know what he cat is) might just be doing those play bites.
